Marathon
- 240km event (80km each day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- 1 horse, 1 rider
- Novice horses and novice rider rules for distance restrictions apply

Mini Marathon
- 120km event (40km each day Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- 1 horse, 1 rider

80km Endurance Rides
- 80km ride is being run each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

40km Training Rides
- 40km ride is being run each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

20km Introductory Ride
- Saturday only

5km Introductory Ride
- Saturday only

START TIMES AND COSTS

• 240km | $150 entry fee | starting 05:00 each day
• 120km | $100 entry fee | starting 06:30 each day
• 80km | $85 entry fee | starting 07:00
• 40km | $45 entry fee | starting 07:30
• 20km | $30 entry fee | starting 09:00
• 5km | $20 entry fee | starting 09:30

VETTING & BRIEFINGS

• Vetting on Thursday afternoon from 3pm and on Friday from 5-6am
• Vetting will be also be available on Friday & Saturday between vetting of competing riders
• Vetting for the 20km and 5km rides will be from 7:15 - 8:00am on Saturday, or during the day on Friday
• Briefings for the Marathon and Mini Marathon will be held the night before at 6pm
• Briefings for the 80km & 40km rides will be held daily at 06:20
• Briefing for the 20km and 5km will be on Sunday at 8.20am

OTHER INFORMATION

• For biosecurity purposes, the ride base will open:
  • 1pm to 8pm Tursday 29 March
  • 5am to 6ppm Friday
  • 5am to 6pm Saturday
  • 5am to 6.20am Sunday
  • Any alternate arrangements to be negotiated directly with Graham Bucknell prior to Tuesday 27 March 2018.
• Offers of help from TPR's would be greatly appreciated
• A canteen, will be available from Thursday evening until Sundfay evening.
• Two skips will be available on site for general rubbish. Hay may be left on site, if spread. All manure to be taken with you please. Thank you for helping us keep the site clean.
• Small camp fires are permitted at the ride base.
• No smoking on track
• No dogs
• Campsites will be marked. You will be directed to your campsite when you pass through biosecurity at the entry gate.
• Leg 6 will be marked as the training track.
• We request all riders ensure they are familiar with current endurance rulebook to ensure compliance to all current rules and regulations. We specifically request all yards are compliant (see rule 54.2 of the current rulebook).
