RIDE INFORMATION

There will not be a 5km on offer for this event.

• PRE-RIDE VETTING All rides Friday afternoon from 15:00. Also Saturday morning for 20km from 07:30 to 08:00.
• BRIEFINGS for 80km and 40km rides will be held Saturday 06:20 outside the canteen. 20km briefing same place at 08:20.

TEMPERATURE LOG

• A 3 DAY TEMPERATURE LOG MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH HORSE ENTERING THE RIDE BASE.

• Forms are available on the TEERA web site.
• No completed temperature log means no entry to the ride base.

RIDE BASE

• Entry to ride base on Friday from 14:30 to 18:30 and on Saturday 06:45 to 07:30
• TEMPERATURE LOGS must be complete.
• If you are unable to arrive during these times, please contact Graham Bucknell 0417 971 055 to make alternate arrangements.

• No dogs thank-you.

  OTHER INFORMATION

• Any offers of help from TPRs would be greatly appreciated

• Electronic timing will be used.
• A canteen will be available on Friday night and Saturday.

• All rubbish to be removed from site.

  Manure and hay may be left on site if spread please. Thank you for helping us keep the site clean.
