BIO-SECURITY GATE

Open Friday 13:00. Please have your 4 day Horse Health Declarations ready.

VETTING, ENTRIES & BRIEFING

• Ride entries at the TEERA trailer from 2:45pm Friday and from 6:00am Saturday
• Vetting from 3:00pm until dark Friday and Saturday morning only if pre-arranged with the Ride Committee

OTHER INFORMATION

• No ride farrier so please ensure horses are adequately shod
• Sausage and hamburger sizzle Friday night - Starting at 7.00pm - Gold coin donation. Bring your chair and have a chat near the fire pot! ALL WELCOME!!
• No smoking on track
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times
• Please remove hay and spread manure when leaving the base
• Electronic timing will be used

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FORMS FOR DOWNLOADING AND FILLING OUT PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT BASE

• HAND COMPLETED ENTRY FORM (AND COMPLETED DAY RIDER FORM IF APPLICABLE) IN AT THE RIDE OFFICE WHEN YOU PAY YOUR ENTRY
• HAND THE COMPLETED HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION IN AT THE GATE PRIOR TO ENTERING THE GROUNDS

There are three forms to download:

• Ride Entry Form - To be completed by all participants (click here)
• Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 20km or 40km ride (click here)
• Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (Click here) NOTE: For this ride, Horse Health Declaration forms must be handed in at the gate prior to entry.
