RIDE INFORMATION

• RIDE BASE OPENS 1.00PM FRIDAY
• PRE-RIDE VETTING 80 & 40 km - Friday afternoon from 16:00 until 18:30 and Saturday morning by prior arrangement
• PRE-RIDE VETTING 20km - As above and Saturday morning from 08:00 until 09:00
  (If you cannot meet these vetting times please contact Mark Dunn direcly 0427 981 517)
• BRIEFINGS - AT THE CAMPFIRE
  80km & 40km - Friday 19:00
  20km - Saturday 9:00

NOTE: It is compulsory for Novice 80k riders, and all 40k and 20k riders to attend their relevant briefing.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Horse water will be available - please BYO drinking water
• Hay and manure to be spread about please - not left in heaps
• This is a working property - No dogs please
• Absolutely no smoking on track
• We will a wonderful canteen available (in the shearing shed) - go to the TEERA Facebook page for opening times together with the delicious and varied menu.

• Online nominations will close Tuesday May 11 at 8.00 in the evening

UPON ARRIVAL AT RIDE BASE AND PRIOR TO UNLOADING YOUR HORSE/S, TAKE YOUR COMPLETED HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION TO THE RIDE OFFICE (OR HAND TO A MEMBER OF THE RIDE ORGANISING COMMITTEE IF THE RIDE OFFICE IS NOT MANNED)

There are three forms to download and fill in:

• Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)
• Ride Entry Form - To be completed by all participants (click here)
• Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 20km or 40km ride (click here)
