RIDE INFORMATION

• GATES OPEN Friday noon and from 05:00 Saturday. Please have your 4 day horse health declarations (3 days plus the day of vetting) completed and ready to hand over at the gate.
• PRE-RIDE VETTING Friday from 4.00pm Friday. Anyone wishing to vet on Saturday morning - please contact Felicity Perry 0448 683 703 or Grace Huxtable 0487 725 551 to arrange this.

BRIEFING

• 80km 06:20 Saturday
• 40km 06:20 Saturday
• 20km 08:15 Saturday

OTHER INFORMATION

• Nominations will open at 3.00pm Friday
• Dogs are permitted
• Generators off no later than 22:00
• No smoking or littering on track
• Children are to be supervised at all times
• Electronic timing will be used
• Please leave your site clean - spread manure, bag hay and take home.

• Ride base is at 7738 Bass Highway, Sassafras - Perry property - where the tractor sits on a pole!

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!

UPON ARRIVAL AT RIDE BASE, HAND YOUR COMPLETED HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION TO THE PERSON AT THE GATE

There are three forms to download and fill in:

Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)

Ride Entry Form - To be completed by all participants (click here)

Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 20km or 40km ride (click here)

• All riders MUST present the completed 4 day Horse Health Declaration, for each horse, on arrival at the ride base. If you arrive without this you will not be allowed onto the ride base and will not be allowed to ride.
