• 6.15am - 80k & 40K
• 8.00am - 20k & 5k

BIO-SECURITY GATE

Open Friday 1:00pm until 8.30pm. Please have your 4 day Horse Health Declarations ready at arrival.

VETTING, ENTRIES & BRIEFING

• Ride entries at the TEERA trailer from 3:15pm Friday
• Vetting from 3:30pm until dark Friday night
• Saturday morning - entries and limited vetting open from 6.30 - 7.00am

OTHER INFORMATION

• We are sorry but there will be NO CANTEEN available
• No ride farrier so please ensure horses are adequately shod
• No smoking on track
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times
• Please remove hay and spread manure when leaving the base
• Electronic timing will be used

• All riders MUST present the completed 4 day Horse Health Declaration, for each horse, to the entry van BEFORE UNLOADING HORSES

There are three forms to DOWNLOAD, PRINT and FILL IN:

Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)

Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 5km, 20km or 40km ride (click here)

COVID REQUIREMENTS

• As a requirement from the Tasmanian Government, all persons attending must download the Check-In Tas App and scan the QR code on arrival. If you are unable to do so there will be an attendance sheet to fill out manually.

• Anyone who has recently been overseas or in a designated high risk area on the Australian mainland MUST not attend the event. Anyone exhibiting symptoms that might be consistent with COVID 19 MUST NOT attend the event. Anyone requiring specific advice on their personal circumstances should contact Mark Dunn on 0427 981 517.
