RIDE INFORMATION

Day Riders - in lieu Membership and Public Liability Insurance add $20

• GATES OPEN Friday 1 pm and from 05:00 am Saturday. Please have your 4 day horse health declarations (3 days plus day of pre-ride vetting) ready.
• RIDE ENTRIES - At the Polocrosse Shed from 4.00 pm Friday.
• PRE-RIDE VETTING Friday 16:00 to 18:30 (approximately).
• SATURDAY - Entries and preride vetting from 6.00am to 6.30am. Please make prior arrangements and contact Debbie if you would like to request preride vetting on Saturday morning - limited due to volunteer availability. Normal AERA vetting.
• BRIEFINGS - Saturday
• *80km - 06:30
• *40km - 07:30
• *20km - 08:30

OTHER INFORMATION

• The polocrosse ground was resurfaced last year and grass cover is still establishing. Please respect the ground. No camping or driving of any traffic on the new polocrosse ground proper please.
• Please respect all our landowners. No littering, and no smoking on track.
• Canteen is provided by Kentish Polocrosse Club.
• Children to be supervised at all times.
• Electronic timing will be used.
• Please leave your site clean - spread manure, please bag hay and take home.

• Online nominations will close 20:00 Tuesday October 27. This allows time for finalising prizes/vets etc. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE IT TOO LATE!

RIDE BASE LOCATION

• The ride base is at Gowrie Park Polocrosse grounds, Claude Rd, Tasmania (200 metres along Claude Road before the O'Nieills - Claude Road intersection. Zoom in or out for appropriate detail.

• All riders MUST present the completed 4 day Horse Health Declaration, for each horse, to the entry van BEFORE UNLOADING HORSES

Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)

COVID REQUIREMENTS
As a requirement from the Tasmanian Government, all persons attending must download the Check-In Tas App and scan the QR code on arrival. If you are unable to do so there will be an attendance sheet to fill out manually.
Anyone who has recently been overseas or in a designated high risk area on the Australian mainland MUST not attend the event. Anyone exhibiting symptoms that might be consistent with COVID 19 MUST NOT attend the event.
