OTHER INFORMATION
- No dogs allowed as per land owner rules.
- North East Pony Club canteen will be available on Friday evening and all day Saturday.
- Extra TPR's are needed if anyone is keen to help!
- General rubbish, manure and hay will need to be removed from site. Thank you for helping us keep the site clean.
- Early Arrivals: contact Graham Bucknell on 0417 971 055 if needing earlier access
- Presentations for 120km elevated and 55km elevated will be on the Sunday after the Best Condition horse workouts for the 120km. If riders for these rides are wanting to leave early, they will be required to fill out an early logbook collection at the entry/weigh station PRIOR to starting the ride.

- Ride base is at Santarena Park, Allens Road, Jetsonville, TAS, 7260 (near Scottsdale)

There are three forms to download:
- Ride Entry Form - To be completed by all participants (click here)
- Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 20km or 40km ride (click here)
- Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (Click here ) NOTE: For this ride, Horse Health Declaration forms must be handed in at the gate prior to entry.
